Today management is not limited to only organizing the work of your enterprise. It is integrated in all spheres of modern business, and recruiting is not an exception. Nevertheless, it has some notable differences if compared with other spheres of business. For example, HR management deals more with people or human resources as it comes from the HR abbreviation. HRM members deal with  the knowledge, tools, training, administrative services, coaching etc. - everything that is necessary for success of the enterprise and people who work there.

Because standards of work in a certain company can change rapidly, HR managers should always be informed about what is happening in company's departments, so that they could plan the work of their own department. Though HR functions may seem not so much important in comparison with the executive board or some departments that form the backbone of the company, its role shouldn't be underrated. Modern HR department acts as a source of recommendations for CEO and executive board and plays a great organizing role in life of other departments.
